Doda, January 20, 2025: In a momentous event filled with spiritual fervor, Deputy Commissioner Doda, Sh. Harvinder Singh, flagged off the Prayagraj Maha Kumbh Yatra 2025 at the iconic Ganpat Bridge in Doda. The ceremony marked the beginning of a sacred journey for hundreds of devotees embarking on a pilgrimage to Prayagraj for the world-renowned Maha Kumbh Mela.

The flag-off ceremony witnessed a vibrant and devotional atmosphere as devotees, clad in traditional attire, gathered in large numbers to participate in the event. The DC, along with other dignitaries and officials, extended his blessings to the pilgrims, wishing them a safe and spiritually enriching journey.

Addressing the gathering, Sh. Harvinder Singh emphasized the importance of the Kumbh Mela in Indian culture and tradition.
