In a continued effort to engage with the public and address their concerns, Hon'ble Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) Pampore, Hasnain Masoodi, along with senior functionaries from the Jammu and Kashmir National Conference (JKNC), visited the areas of Khrew, Shar-I-Shali (Wahab Sahib), Nagandar, Seer Colony, Ladhu, and Wuyan. The visit, which took place in the wake of the recent heavy snowfall, aimed to assess the local conditions and listen directly to the concerns of the residents.
During the visit, Masoodi took the time to meet with the local community members, offering them an opportunity to voice their grievances regarding the challenges they have faced due to the snowfall. Residents highlighted issues such as disruptions in essential services, difficulties in transportation, and the need for immediate relief in snow-affected areas.
Listening attentively to the concerns raised, Masoodi assured the public that their issues are being prioritized by the government. He emphasized that the administration is actively working to resolve these problems and is aware of the difficulties residents are experiencing. The MLA also discussed potential measures that could be implemented to address the immediate concerns, including improvements in snow clearance operations, restoring essential services, and ensuring timely relief to those most affected by the snowfall.
Masoodi’s visit reflects the government’s commitment to staying connected with the public, especially during challenging times. His engagement with the residents of these snowbound areas is seen as an important step toward ensuring the swift restoration of normalcy and addressing the needs of the affected communities.
The JKNC leadership remains focused on advocating for the welfare of the people, and Masoodi’s visit is part of a broader effort to strengthen the relationship between the party and the local population, while working towards long-term solutions to the challenges faced by these areas.
