Kulgam, December 8, 2024 – Honorable Cabinet Minister and Jammu and Kashmir National Conference (JKNC) State Secretary, Dr. Sakina Itoo, delivered an inspiring and heartfelt address to a large gathering in Malwan, DH Pora, Kulgam.
