Jammu, November 11 – Chief Minister Omar Abdullah was welcomed with a grand reception today at the Civil Secretariat in Jammu. This warm welcome was extended as he arrived to review the ongoing construction of the New Assembly Complex, a key project for the region's legislative infrastructure.
