Kishtwar, 18th September: Demonstrating the deep roots of democracy, 87-year-old retired teacher Ghulam Haider exercised his right to vote today. He cast his vote at the polling booth in 12-Bandarna, 50-Paddar Nagseni in Kishtwar district.

Ghulam Haider, a former teacher now living a retired life, stated on this occasion that voting is the duty of every citizen, and regardless of age, we should use this right.
