Thandwal, August 15, 2024: On the 78th anniversary of Independence, Government Primary School Thandwal held a grand Independence Day celebration. The school's Principal, Mr. Rajeev Sharma, presided over the event and hoisted the national flag.
The ceremony began with the flag hoisting in the school courtyard at 8 AM. After hoisting the flag, the Principal sang the national anthem and paid tribute to the freedom fighters. In his speech, he emphasized the importance of independence, unity, and the progress of the nation.
The event was attended by school teachers, students, and local residents. The students presented patriotic songs, dances, and speeches during the program. Young children, dressed in colorful costumes, paid their tribute to the national anthem.
