Union Minister of Health and Family Welfare, Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya, recently visited the ESIC Dispensary Cum Branch Office (DCBO) located in Srinagar, Kashmir. During his visit, he inspected the DCBO premises and assessed the arrangements in place.
Dr. Mandaviya specifically inquired about the OPD attendance and checked the availability of medicines in the dispensary. He interacted with senior officials of the DCBO and also engaged with the patients present there. During these interactions, he listened to the patients' issues and provided necessary directives to resolve them.
Through this inspection, the Union Minister offered several important suggestions to improve the quality of services and the functioning of the ESIC Dispensary Cum Branch Office. His visit instilled a new energy among the staff and patients, raising hopes for further improvements in healthcare services.
