NC will never allow discrimination against employees: Dr. Farooq Abdullah

In Jammu and Kashmir, National Conference (NC) leader and former Chief Minister Dr. Farooq Abdullah recently made an important statement. He clarified that the National Conference will never allow any form of discrimination against employees.

Dr. Farooq Abdullah said that the party has always stood for the rights and security of employees. He also stated that any discrimination against employees based on caste, religion, gender, or any other grounds is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.

In his statement, Dr. Abdullah mentioned that the National Conference's goal has always been to ensure equal opportunities and justice for all citizens of Jammu and Kashmir. He further emphasized that the party will ensure a safe and equal environment for all employees at their workplaces.

Additionally, Dr. Abdullah demanded that employees should be given a salary of up to ₹26,000 under the Minimum Wages Act. He said that in the current economic conditions, it is necessary for all employees to receive fair wages so they can meet their and their families' needs.

This statement comes at a time when several employee organizations in the state have expressed their concerns on various issues. Dr. Abdullah, taking these concerns seriously, said that if the National Conference forms the government, these issues will be addressed on a priority basis.

Dr. Farooq Abdullah's statement not only instills confidence among employees but also shows that the National Conference is committed to the development of the state and the protection of the rights of all its citizens.
