Srinagar. 29.06.2024:- The BJP government claims that since the abrogation of Article 370, Jammu and Kashmir has experienced a wave of development. According to the government, this historic move has paved the way for numerous development projects and reforms in the region.
In recent years, significant progress has been observed in Jammu and Kashmir in the areas of infrastructure, education, healthcare, and tourism. According to government data, many projects related to road construction, electricity supply, and water resources have been completed.
The government highlights various schemes and projects supporting this claim, including smart city projects, the establishment of new health centers, and improved education facilities. Additionally, there has been notable growth in the tourism sector, strengthening the local economy.
However, the opposition and some local organizations believe that many areas still need improvement and that several challenges remain even after the abrogation of Article 370. They argue that along with development, social and political stability is also essential.
