Airtel Announces Revised Mobile Tariffs Effective from July 3

Bharti Airtel has announced a revision in its mobile tariff rates, effective from July 3. This move is aimed at increasing the company's revenue and improving service quality amidst the competitive Indian telecom market.

Airtel has increased the tariff rates for various prepaid and postpaid plans. Under this revision, some popular prepaid plans have seen a hike in prices along with data and calling benefits. For instance, the price of the Rs 199 prepaid plan will now be Rs 219, while the Rs 399 plan will now cost Rs 429. These plans include unlimited calling, daily data, and other additional benefits.

For postpaid customers, Airtel has also revised the prices of its plans. Under this, the Rs 499 postpaid plan will now cost Rs 549, which includes unlimited calling, 75 GB of data, and other benefits.

Airtel has stated that these changes have been made to provide better service and experience to customers. The company also clarified that customers who are already using these plans will see the new rates applied from the next billing cycle.

Airtel CEO Gopal Vittal said, "We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality service. This tariff revision will help us increase our investment in the network and provide a better experience to our customers."
