New Delhi: A delegation from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) met Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh to discuss the importance of corporate governance and the growing role of company secretaries in strengthening India’s governance framework.

During the meeting, the delegation highlighted that good corporate governance is essential for India’s sustainable development and economic growth. Strong governance practices help improve transparency, accountability, compliance and responsible decision-making within organisations.
